Every piece is built for you. That changes the rules.
karavirs™ does not hold inventory. Each order is produced on demand — manufactured specifically for the individual who placed it. This is not a cost-cutting model. It is a commitment to intention. Nothing is made until it is needed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Choose with care. Size guides exist for a reason.
What we stand behind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or fundamentally incorrect — wrong item, print error, manufacturing fault — we will replace it. No argument. No friction. That is our standard.
To initiate a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@karavirs.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess and respond within 2 business days.
What we do not cover.
- Size exchanges due to incorrect selection at checkout
- Orders returned without prior contact or approval
- Damage caused after delivery
- Delays caused by courier carriers or customs clearance
Cancellations.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. After that window, the order is in production and cannot be reversed.
Contact support@karavirs.com immediately if you need to cancel. Reference your order number in the subject line.
