1. Overview and Acceptance

This digital portal is operated by KARAVIRS®. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to KARAVIRS®. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our storefront, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

2. E-Commerce and Storefront Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Our garments, limited drops, and physical goods are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial reselling, reproduction, or unauthorized distribution of KARAVIRS® apparel without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing, Payments and Tax Compliance (GST)

All prices listed on the site are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

• We reserve the right to adjust product pricing, availability, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• Payments processed via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and approved Digital Wallets are handled through secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable verification fee or confirmation protocol may be instituted prior to fulfillment.

4. Intellectual Property and Brand Assets

All design concepts, graphic artworks, apparel cuts, typography, photography, branding marks, and website code (including custom Liquid modules and CSS specifications) are the exclusive intellectual property of KARAVIRS®. Reproduction, modification, or unauthorized mirroring of any brand collateral is prohibited under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Force Majeure

Fulfillment timelines within India are estimated at 3–7 business days depending on delivery logistics zones. KARAVIRS® shall not be held liable for fulfillment delays or non-performance resulting from acts of God, logistical disruptions, weather emergencies, or government restriction orders beyond reasonable control.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
