How long does delivery take?
All karavirs artifacts are made-to-order and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery across India takes an additional 5–7 business days. Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 8–12 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your artifact ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly on our Tracking page.
Do you ship internationally?
The Forge currently ships within India only. International operations are being calibrated — stay tuned.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We periodically run free shipping offers — follow us on Instagram to stay informed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every artifact we forge. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at karavirsbrand@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong size?
Because every piece is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns for sizing errors. We strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide before placing your order.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and popular Wallets — powered securely through Cashfree Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. karavirs never stores your card details.

What is the quality of karavirs products?
Every karavirs artifact is printed on premium 100% cotton fabric — thick, durable, and built to hold its structure wash after wash. We use industry-grade DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing to ensure colors stay sharp and true to what you see online.
How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements across all product types. When in doubt, our oversized styles are designed to fit generously — size down if you prefer a closer fit.
Will the design fade after washing?
Not if you follow care instructions. Wash inside-out in cold water, avoid bleach, and do not tumble dry. The print is engineered to last.
